Cara I would keep a close eye on him to see how it does. I have had them do that for 5 to 6 hrs and hatch out just fine but have had to help others out. It is a hard call sometimes.God bless"Another...

That sounds like a good plan. Be sure to see if the yolk has been absorbed before you help to much and mist the egg before you close the bator back up. I would just do a little at atime..God...
